Your Wedding Party Concierge is the person trusted to take care of the Couple, managing your stress levels, assisting the couple and the wedding party with staying on track with the day’s timeline. They will bring the right items to the ceremony and reception and help with any issues that may arise on the wedding day. Consider them your assistant or the ultimate bridesmaid!

• Attends 3 Meetings 
  • Initial Welcome/Introduction Meeting
  • Your Final Dress Fitting, learning how to lace up your corset, thread the buttons, or bustle your dress.
  • The Final Timeline Development Meeting, Reviews Checklists, and expectations, and gathers any other missing information or details needed to prepare for your wedding day!

  • Delivering breakfast, coffee, lunch, and any other errands the morning of!

Detailed Timeline Development $499

• Just an extra hand to make sure your day is everything you’ve ever dreamed of down to every detail so that special loved one or close friend can take over and run your day according to our highly detailed timeline. They’ll manage all the big moments and highlight all the tiny details, so nothing is forgotten!  
  • 3 In-Person and/or Virtual Meetings to Discuss the Details, Unlimited Emails and Text Communication until the Completion of your Timeline
  • Includes 3 Timelines: Full Coordinator’s Version, Shorten Vendor’s Timeline, & a Mini Timeline for your Wedding Party, Important Friends & Family, and/or Guests 
  • Services Begin About 4-2 Months Before Your Wedding Date
    • Add Floorplan Assistance: we’ll help design your floorplan to maximize your space, ease event flow, and capture your overall vision for the space, including 1 additional in-person venue walkthrough/meeting & 2 revisions. Only an additional $99 or $199 without the Detailed Timeline Development Package.

Ceremony Rehearsal & Grand Entrance Walk-Through, Starting at $299
